Welcome back and Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! It is great to be back and see the kids again! It was a long 3.5 weeks for sure. We are trying to jump right back in where we left off!

Looking back

Language arts 

• Reviewed the “bossy e” rule (we will continue this next week

• Did some fun creative writing about a haunted house that we drew

Math

• Continued our talk about quantity and counted various objects from our classroom

• Did a fun skeleton place value write the room game

 

Social Studies

• Began our unit on Time and Place. We talked about relative directions and used words like near, far, on top of, below, beside, etc..
