Short but busy week!

Hi parents! Just wanted to take a quick second to let you know much we appreciate all the support we have received over the last few weeks. I was feeling pretty emotional this morning not knowing when we will be back to school. I feel like we were just getting into the groove of things! Hopefully we will be back sooner than later. Please know I will not have access to email while we are out. Take care and hope to see you all soon.

Looking back

Language Arts

• Reviewed digraphs ph, wh, nk, ng

• Did a sharing circle and some writing about our long weekend

• Practiced writing sentences to answer a question

Math

• Began exploring quantities to 1000.  We walked around the school to count the number of doors in our school. It was tricky!

Social Studies

• Had a great discussion about where our families our from and looked at those places on a map.
